1599 hours worked or approximately 3 FTE. 1 FT Prevention Coordinator @$33,000 Annual Salary; 1 FT Case Coordinator I @$28,000 Annual Salary; 1 FT Case Coordinator II @$27,000. 

Quarterly Activities/Project Description:

The City of Evansville, IN, utilizes HPRP funds for homelessness prevention and coordinates with the State of Indiana Housing and Community Development office for Rapid Re-housing.  The City of Evansville, IN, has allocated funds to Aurora Inc. as the sub recipient.  Administration of the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) software will be handled by the State of Indiana Housing and Community Development office.  The program will focus on providing a combination of financial assistance and services to individuals and families who are about to become homeless.
